Krista Goebel

Krista Goebel is an Admissions Counselor at UWS. She has a BA in English and Psychology from Amherst College, and she’s been working in higher education admissions and college counseling for over five years. She loves meeting new people and hearing their stories, which drew her to the Admissions field initially. In the past 5+ years, she has loved playing her role in helping others pursue their passions. Krista is originally from the Philadelphia area, and she’s lived on the east coast (PA, MA, and NY) for most of her life; however, she moved to Portland, OR, in 2020 and considers Oregon home.  Outside of working at UWS, Krista operates her own small art business and loves hiking around the PNW with her dog, Red.
