Biography

Dr. Kim Ross is a clinician, educator, and researcher in the field of nutrition science.

She is a Doctor of Clinical Nutrition (DCN), Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Certified/Licensed Dietician Nutritionist (C/LDN) in New York, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, and Ohio. She is proud to be a part of the inaugural cohort to receive the Institute of Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP) designation in 2013.

Dr. Ross has been in clinical practice, Ross Nutrition Team, since 2010, specializing in hormonal, mental, and gastrointestinal health, though she and her team of nutritionists work with a broad range of health conditions. In 2017, she became a Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists (BCNS) pre-approved supervisor for aspiring CNS candidates, ensuring they meet the rigorous competencies required to receive this nationally (U.S.) recognized credential.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Ross is a Board Member and content contributor for Symphony Natural Health Institute (SNHI), a non-profit organization providing scientific-based education to healthcare professionals on melatonin and maca. Additionally, she works collaboratively on nutrition-related courses, blogs, and publications for multiple supplement companies. Dr. Ross is an Adjunct Faculty member for the Master's in Science of Clinical Nutrition program at Sonoran University of Health Sciences and the Doctor of Clinical Nutrition program at the University of Western States.
