Chris Untiedt is a professional counselor associate in Oregon. He completed his master's in counseling at Oregon State University Cascades and works as a clinician and the quality assurance team lead for a mental health agency in Central Oregon. Chris originally pursued a biochemistry and molecular biology degree in his undergraduate education and has a passion for understanding how communication within and between various brain structures influences and is influenced by mental and relational experiences. In his counseling practice, Chris uses a combination of cognitive "top down" and experiential "bottom up" interventions to promote wellness and integration with each individual. Outside of work, Chris enjoys biking and hiking with his dog.
